Today I want to talk to you about collaboration versus competition. In the nonprofit space, some feel like, Oh my gosh, I can't talk to that organization or I can't share resources with that organization because we're going after the same donors. That is a lie. It is not a competition for donors. If you are clear about your mission, you don't need to compete with another organization for donors.
